We believe a very simple thing here at Double Fine: games are great! However we also believe that they’re even better when more people can play them, be involved in making them, and see themselves represented within the fantastic worlds we've spent all this time crafting. As such, we affirm an ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion within our games and within our company. This means working with experts to ensure our games, events, websites, etc are accessible to as many people as possible. This means assessing our own demographics and hiring practices to ensure equity for everyone within the studio. This means representing people authentically and having a wide variety of creators involved in crafting our games, whose voices are heard and uplifted. This hopefully also means characters that you can admire as both heroes, and friends.
