This is a youth organization that teaches leadership and teamwork while training their horses. These youth ages 8 to 19 learn to ride their horses bareback and bridle less with only a 1" tack rein around their neck. They work hard in all kinds of weather and circumstances. The payment for this hardwork is to be able to perform in rodeos, parades, and other activities. They work hard to make the jump and liberty team where they perform using only leg and voice queues - no tack rein.
